We dedicate to time and effort on each item to obtain the highest quality jewelry.  Any returns or exchanges must be notified 3 days after receipt of your item by email.  Customer is responsible of shipping item signature required under their own expense.  Once item is received and inspected that the item is not defective then the customer will receive a refund within 24 to 48 hours.  You may purchase our insurance for any accidental damages, and we will repair your jewelry for you.  The Insurance provides up 2 repairs a year no cost to the customer.  You are responsible of sending it securely to us.
